Terms & Conditions

• The SPECIAL PRIVILEGE CARD is available to individuals aged 17 or over.

• Cards are strictly personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the person whose name appears on the card.

• This card is for personal use only and cannot be used to extend cocktail discounts to the whole table.

• 50% discount on all cocktails (both signature and classic).

• 10% discount on all other items (food, desserts, and beverages) excluding wines and any items specifically excluded by Bistro BOCA.

• The 10% discount on these “other products” may be extended to the entire table.

• The card is valid Tuesday to Sunday during regular opening hours.

• BOCA is closed on Mondays.

• The card cannot be used during special events, private events, or designated event days (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve), unless otherwise stated by Bistro BOCA.

• The card must be presented before payment to receive the discount.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, set menus, special offers, or loyalty programs.

The SPECIAL PRIVILEGE CARD is valid until December 2025, after which renewal is at the discretion of Bistro BOCA.

• Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately to Bistro BOCA.

• A replacement fee may apply for re-issuing a card.

Bistro BOCA reserves the right to modify these terms or terminate the SPECIAL PRIVILEGE CARD program at any time without prior notice.

Any misuse (including sharing the card with others, transferring it, or fraudulent activity) will result in immediate cancellation without refund or replacement.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Maltese courts.
